Welcome to another day in my Las Vegas adventures. Day two we went to the Luxor Hotel & Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. All the Egeyption statues at the Luxor were tightly impressive and I enjoyed how the hotel itself came to a point like a real pyramid. The Luxor is where you would go if you had tickets to Blue Man Group. I thought it was very cool how the theatre for the show looked like it was inside a pyramid. Next we walked through Mandalay Place to get to the Mandalay Bay hotel. Mandalay Place is just full of shopping and you literally feel you were transported to an actual mall. Once inside the Mandalay Bay hotel we went to check out the front lobby which was nice but not as impressive as the grand entrance at the Luxor. We also tried to see what the pool area looked like at Mandalay Bay but you needed a hotel key in order to view it. The day really took a turn when we discovered a Monty Python and the Holy Grail slot machine. Right behind Little Shop of Horrors this slot machine was a ton of fun. Despite me playing Brian's money first and loosing, he played my $10 afterwards and I made him cash out "my winnings" after he hit the killer bunny bonus lol. Although these hotels weren't as extensive as some of the others we saw, I still enjoyed walking through them and stumbling onto the Monty Python slot machine was pure luck.
